3 For Write3: Start Journaling Today

Good afternoon Write3 family!

Here's:•1 Tip For Writers•1 Write3 Opportunity•1 Literary NFT Worth CollectingEnjoy!

1. Writer's Tip - Start a Journal

The single most important activity I started in 2022 was journaling. By setting aside dedicated time to write and reflect on my day, I was able to practice self-expression and have become a more confident writer. Here's how you can get started journaling today:

  1. Choose a journal: Here's one I received from my wife for Christmas. It's good size, has a handy pen holder and is super sturdy.

  2. Set aside dedicated time: I journal before I go to bed. The journal sits on my bedside, and I write every night, even if it's for only a few minutes.

  3. Start writing: Write about your thoughts, feelings & experiences. If you need prompts, try these.

  4. Make it a habit: I committed to writing every night for 14 days. From there, it became a habit. The benefits of journaling are so amazing that I'm sad if I miss a day!

2. Write3 Opportunity - 12 Write-2-Earn Platforms

Instead of 1 opportunity, how about 12? I've been researching various write-to-earn models over the last few weeks. I'm eager to share my findings with you. For this week's 3ForWrite3, I'll provide you a quick run down of the most popular sites I've found. I've included links to each. If you have experience with these platforms, respond to this email, I'd love to chat with you. I've created 3 categories of write-to earn models•Writing NFTs - Mint and sell your work as NFTs. Buyers own your work. •Token Platforms - Compensation comes from the platforms in the form of tokens. •Tipping - Write and earn "tips" from your audience.

I'm learning more everyday about these platforms. I plan on sharing my findings with you over the next several weeks. Stay tuned!

3. A Literary NFT Worth Collecting - Dencity Development

"Dencity Development" is a FxText blog post, written by Hevey, that explains the creation of his generative art project, Dencity. I love "Dencity", so collecting this piece of provenance is important to me. Additionally, this blog post represents what's best about FxText. FxText allows artists to inform and engage audiences, while also allowing collectors to own a piece of provenance. It's like owning one of Van Gogh's letters to his brother! I recommend exploring FxText to find fantastic blog posts from the some of the platforms best creators, including Culla, Caballero & Kaloh.
